About me
Living and working abroad for over 10 years encouraged me to ask questions, about myself and others, where biases lies and why. It inspired me to empathise with others and understand their view of the world.
As a parent I have learnt to simplify even the most difficult concepts and ideas into something accessible and understandable. I developed patience and strong listening skills as well as the need to continually adapt. I consciously implement these skills in the UX design process.
I have a strong passion for the arts, heritage and public civics, specifically at the juncture with digital. I care greatly about creating thoughtfully designed, immersive experiences both for professionals and the public through content management systems and website information architecture.
I have strong background in managing projects, budgets and people (!) including stakeholder management, recruitment and mentoring.
When I have time I love restoring furniture to their former glory, life drawing, reading and cycling.
